And so that's,

We just see that as an area where clubs can actually make the attractiveness of the profession a lot better.

Well, I think we, I mean, we ideally want to get, you know, players have got the sort of full payout based on their sort of arrangement they have.

And in a perfect world, we'd have that.

But...

we're realistic that getting to six and 12 months across the board would be a really important thing.

I think the overlay of that is also there's a competitive balance conversation.

So where some clubs may not offer long termination clauses and other clubs can, it's almost like an attractiveness and a competitive balance lever that they're pulling.

And so if we're trying to get everything as even as possible,

This is actually something that, you know, ideally if we had minimum six months or minimum 12 months, I think that would even that up.

Well, I think there's two things there.

I think it's absolutely, you know, an ongoing conversation that we need to be having every year.

I think probably there's also underneath just the overall dollar figure, there's what tweaks can be made just around some of these things or how can influence be pushed on clubs to actually take up some of the things that are there in the soft cap.

So I think there's the big sort of what's that big number, but there's also then how's it working underneath with the clubs.

And so that's probably where we see the next 12 months is really sort of

working hard with the clubs to make sure some of those things that they do have the ability to improve for the coaching group overall comes through in the system.

Look, we've obviously, there's 20% at the moment, and I think that's sort of an open conversation around, well, does that stay at that figure or does it become more?

And I think that's just probably what I'm saying.

That's probably another lever underneath.
