And does it impact the flow of the game for very minor, minor things?

So when I was, you know, this is some preliminary research we've done.

When I was reading those, I was going, okay, the coaches are quite similar to some of the commentary around.

It's like, yes, there's a role for it, but is it working as well as it can?

And so that's something we'll sit down with the AFL and go through.

And there's obviously ongoing work on that.

I think this, yeah, look, I think this year was the elite coaching program, which was the former sort of level four sort of finishing school, if you like, for the group that hadn't been a senior coach.

And some of the names in that, you know, Josh Fraser's doing it, Murray Davis, Hayden Skipworth, Jamie Graham, Sean Grigg, Mark McVeigh.

So there's...

There's a really good group of sort of next up coaches in that.

And so I'm feeling a lot more confident that that world is being better prepared.

They do an 18 month course.

It covers understanding self, you know, the environment, the art of coaching, club structures and a lot of other things in that.

So work being done there.

I think in regard to Carlton, they've got, you know, a really experienced football manager, a football backgrounded CEO and a pretty stable coaching group.

So, yeah, I can see why they're, I think they've got all their options open.

I don't think they've necessarily narrowed it completely, but I can see why they may be looking to potentially one of those untried coaches, if you like.

I think my thing about, you know, when it sort of became clear that it was these three really good candidates was, well, I don't mind who gets it.

I think they're all quality candidates.

I think they will all, the other two guys, if they choose, will coach again at senior level.
