My wife said she panics all the time at a buffet.

So she will go to a buffet, come back, and she'll have a plate of pasta, tiramisu, and maybe some noodles, look at it and feel utterly ashamed.

Whereas my brother-in-law says, no, you need to do a recce first, then return and have a think, then go back in.

It's very disciplined.

And if he's starving and he gets home and he wants to make a sandwich, he'll spend 40 minutes making the ideal sandwich.

It's quite something to behold.

Whereas I'll just go for a bag of Walkers.

I think so, but...

I mean, how many times have you made a kind of a starving sub college and you eat it and go, such a waste of time.

You've got no joy from it.

You just feel a bit fuller and disappointed.

And he does know.

He'll take his time.

I mean, it's fascinating to watch, but I've learned a lot about buffets from Uncle Phil.

Well, I did want to bring in a bottle of wine for a couple of reasons.

I get a bit, I love wine.

And I did a film in 2019 that was filmed in the wine region.

It wasn't about wine, but it was a horror thing.

It was a period horror thing, but we filmed it in Cognac, which is not far from Bordeaux.
