So this twenty eight billion dollar investment uh to build resilience is to protect one hundred and sixty three billion dollars per year of economic might in Broward County.

And so it sounds like a lot of money.

Uh the public side in particular scares me to death, you know, to go find nine billion dollars uh out of scarce budgets given the

threats that there are to long-term government revenue.

But these kinds of investments are critical.

They're manageable.

We've got to do them.

And as the largest landowner in Broward County, I'm looking forward to having you over to talk to our board about that, to our senior senior leadership, because we're in the process of about to make some pretty big property turnover.

And we want to make sure that what we're doing is responsible and protecting that overall economic might of Broward County.
