I couldn't talk to my fiance for like 30 minutes.

I was like, listen, I need to be in the couch and I need to be horizontal for 30 minutes in silence and then we can chat.

I don't have to do that anymore.

And so with that free time, I realized now I have more time to read.

I sit on my balcony and I love to read.

I also love movement is a big part of my day too.

So with my free time, I love doing movement that also heals me, makes me feel better.

I go on walks all the time outside to go get some fresh air.

And it's so nice that I have the time to decide on the day like what feels good for me.

Where when I had that commute, I had to be so structured in the time.

Because I was like, okay, I get off the train at this end.

Okay, it's gonna take me five minutes to drive to the gym.

It's gonna be crowded at the gym by the time that I get there.

Oh god, yeah.

Do this workout.

I gotta figure out if it's gonna make sense.

I gotta get home and make dinner.
