And then you also have the competition concerns about how this could potentially raise prices for consumers because you now have these two streaming companies coming together.

There could be 240 million subscribers.

Now that's still below Netflix, which does have a really strong global foothold.

But it still creates this huge library of content and likely creates more wiggle room to raise pricing.

Yeah, so Paramount's board will be selecting this editorial board.

So yes, Ellison will still have some influence here.
