just go do something that motivates you.
And then that kind of cures it for me.
So it's helped me a lot.
Yeah, there's a lot of things.
I feel like a lot of people use, and this is controversial, but I feel like a lot of people use their mental health as a crutch as to why they have the behaviors that they do.
And so that's why I wanted to do what I do now and talk about things because my style of motivation definitely is not for everybody.
I'm very like, you can get up, you can do it.
And that's because I had someone do that to me where it was like grown man screaming in my face being like, why do you feel bad for yourself?
And that's what I needed.
So I'd sit here for weeks talking to these therapists and they're
yeah, I know how you feel.
That's okay.
And it just didn't work for me.
I'm like, bullshit.
Like, I don't know.
I didn't like it.
It wasn't what I needed.
And so I needed someone to literally be like, why do you feel bad for yourself?
Like, get up and go do something about it.
Yeah.
