It's an amazing experience for me.
It was at a time in my life where I just lost my mother.
I was right after COVID and I was in such a dark place and I heard about this kind of therapy and I went to this doctor and it was some of the best thing.
It's the best thing I ever did for myself
feel that change.
to feel the release from all all the heaviness all worry everything it just goes and i felt nothing but love and loved it was giving me um new pathways in my brain i guess to know that i could feel that way or i have just knowing that i don't know i don't know if that makes sense but it's making sense to me but knowing that that i felt that way
And I can think about feeling that way when I just close my eyes and try to remember being there.
And it was so helpful.
It was incredible.
And I was obviously so sad that Matthew went that way because he is such a, I just loved him so, so much.
And obviously he was using it in ways that you shouldn't be using it.
