No, thank you for having me.

Yeah, I think it's twofold.

So going back, I mean, I started telling this story maybe like five years ago, and it wasn't something that I told because I didn't want to share.

While I am a private person, I'm very transparent, but the reason I didn't tell this story is because I had a hard time

with people pitying me or people feeling sorry for me.

And I get it, everybody has their trauma, everyone has their difficulties, their challenges, their chaos that happens in their lives.

And so for me, what ended up happening is I was doing some self-awareness work.

We were all at home during the pandemic.

And I really started to get curious on why did I feel the way I felt?

And it started coming up where I think it started at the age of nine when I was hit by a car.

I was like, I just glaze over that all the time.

What really happened there?

And so I started telling that story and it started really opening up memory gates.

of what I was experiencing at that age, what I experienced after, and how it related to who I am.

We always talk about if you go to therapy, you know the inner child.

Everyone has that inner child.

When you talk about your parents, we all talk about our parents.

No matter how amazing, my mom and dad are awesome.

My mom is exceptional.
