I wake up at 5 a.m.

Even before I became a mom, I still would wake up 5 a.m., 5.30, and I am like happy.

I'm optimistic.

I have clarity.

I'm creative.

I'm ready to go.

And so I encouraged myself to get curious around where is my natural energy?

Where am I feeling, you know, my most open self?

When can I problem solve with clarity?

and usually it's in the morning.

And so for me, I'm big on energy zones, and so my morning routine when I get up,

I pray.

I hydrate.

I always hydrate.

I drink water.

I always have water by the bed.

I do my prayers.

And then I do not have a long morning routine because I feel like if I'm spending so much time getting ready for the day, then I'm taking away from the day.

That's for me.

So I get up.
