The fight is me having to start at the negative, ending in the positive, and the fact that I get to the positive and I can anchor myself there on most days, that's the fight.
It's the, I can pick up heavy weights now, that's the fight.
That's the fighting.
And this is my favorite.
If there's anything you take away from this conversation, it's this.
When you walk in a room, when you walk into a space, whether you're going to a party, a presentation, you're showing up to just sit in a meeting, any space that you enter, I think I encourage you, I implore you to remember this.
The people on the other side of the table, the people next to you, the people around you are rooting for you.
They are rooting for your success.
And sometimes it may not feel this way.
Move that to the back of your mind.
You perform, you show up, you be kind, you be you, knowing that there are people around you that want you to do well.
And that changes everything.
And so for me,
before coming here, talking to you, Katty wants me to do well.
She wants this to be a good conversation.
My boss wants me to do well.
My husband wants me to be a good, everybody around me is rooting for me.
And that to me is, has been a shift internally on how I can operate at my highest self.
So know that if you're listening to this, we are rooting for you and the people around you are rooting for you.
Even if they don't know it, they are.
