And then establishing the tone.

I noticed this when I first, by the way, I was the worst hire Peloton has ever made historically.

Hold on, let me be honest.

It's true because they started in 2012 and I was hired in 2016.

By the time 2016, they probably had maybe a quarter of a million members, which is still a lot, like 200, 250,000, give or take.

That's a lot of people on our platform.

No one knew exactly who we were.

We had a small studio on 23rd Street.

And I often tell this as this, when you come into a market share,

Up for grabs is 200 to 250 people to come take my class, give or take, at any given moment.

I think top instructors that have been there for a while establishing themselves, they were getting about 20,000 people taking their classes a week.

I came in with another guy, he was at that time, after a week, generating five to 7,000 people taking his class.

For me, for at least eight months of my work at Peloton, I was getting 428 people taking my class.

That is like a great little league soccer game, like a football game.

That was the arena that I was feeling.
