So the same when it comes to my procrastination.
Okay, no, I'm gonna go with do it for fun.
Because I think with a very anxious brain, anxiety feeds off of importance.
And so I make everything super life or death and important in my brain.
And I instead need to reframe things from the lens of do it for fun.
