So I'm now 48, but I suffered with eating disorders for more than 20 years.
And that would have gone from anorexia to anemia to binging.
So anorexia was the one that was really the end of me.
My kidneys collapsed and I was in a coma, but obviously they did get me back.
But it's a really, really tough road.
And your mind just takes over.
Like with me, it started where I may have wanted to lose a little bit of weight and stop eating as much, but your brain learns that pattern.
And it's like it just takes it too far.
And that's how it gets dangerous.
I was very young.
I think I was about 11 when I learned, you know, the less I eat, therefore my weight will be lower.
And that's when it all started.
And then you just try even harder.
And then you just, yeah, it stopped.
It stopped.
My eating stopped.
I just did not want to eat.
And even if I did want to eat, I couldn't.
It wouldn't even be possible because you go that far.
