What was this mirroring to me about what was in my own subconscious and how do I use this to heal that pattern inside of me? Because I often will say, stop focusing on the person. What's the pattern that's playing out. Right.
Because if we judge the person, then we're stuck on the surface. And if we go to the deeper thing, it's like, what's the pattern that's playing out and how can I resolve that inside of me?
