And so, yeah, just again, so much more nourishing and, you know, from kind of Chinese medicine. So one of my, my meditation teachers kind of woke up out of Zen and, um, taught me about some energy centers, the head, heart, and gut. And I thought it'd be fun to do an experiment even just while listening right now.
