Cause usually narcissists wouldn't go to therapy coaching or listen to podcasts like this, like true narcissist. Yeah. But there is gifts in to learn from that experience.

perceive that she didn't have her power. So I jumped in to help her and created a pattern of over-responsibility. And so one of the things that helped me also was going back to that original moment of seeing her as a child and seeing that she did have her power.
