There was a multitude of issues, one being racial bias, another one being that several of the black people brought in for jury selection were educators or part of like the schooling system and thus could not be a part of this particular trial.

But racial bias was most definitely a reason the jurors were set aside in this case and black jurors at that time.

So those are the facts.

Interestingly, I think he is.

He thinks he is taking the high ground.

And that's where I think our emotions just like can muddy the waters of what we're experiencing.

And sometimes we do things when we're not quite ready.
