And sometimes you would share those thoughts.
Yeah, and it's just like he goes throughout this interview talking about not seeing color, talking about not being racist, talking about having a diverse group of people in his life and in his community, then saying that he would be racist towards people who are assholes, which I think tells me that he's willing to sort of go low with the ad hominem attacks against these people because of what they've done.
to him and he's not afraid to like go there and say something that is crass or brash but overall do i think this person is like a card-carrying racist no i don't think that uh alex says hey there gang liberals say all the time how racist america is i'm telling you go to a vegas pool party while they play usher song yeah well white girls are going crazy and everything's just fine
That is such an Alex comment.
There's also room for that argument.
I mean, there's there's sometimes that you you have experience that experiences that set you on a totally different path in life.
I think we spoke about that or I granted that how an outsider's view of this could easily turn somebody into.
a racist and much of what's happening in the world could easily turn people into racist because the way we have conversations about race, the way we treat people as a monolith, the way groups wants to be portrayed as a monolith in some moments and not in others and some bad behavior that gets used by groups as a label for like who they are in their culture.
So, I mean, I think
a lot of what's happening in the racial divide and the conversations that we're having in this country right now is leading to more people who are becoming racist.
Yeah.
We've talked about Rick Chow several times on this channel, by the way, and I'm totally open to making a full conversation about that.
I am not extreme right by any means.
If you think I'm extreme right, you better wait.
You better wait to see what extreme right actually is.
looks like but i know it can feel like uh the things that i'm saying might be characterized by others as extreme right as the extreme left moves and moves and moves and moves because right now what is the extreme left doing like pissing on the grave of austin metcalf i guess i do look extreme right in comparison to behaviors like that um yeah we can talk about rick chow i don't know how much there is to really say about him though
Oh gosh, I don't know if that's going to solve it, Alex.
I think that might make it just a tad bit worse.
Yeah, I think it's interesting.
You listen to some of these things and you can feel like, oh, okay, well, that was a stabbing comment or something.
