So remarkably in that case, obviously the people who stand to also lose a lot of money, the developers of these drugs, appeal that decision to the Supreme Court.
The FDA, whose authority is under attack, it is the business of federal agencies to defend themselves and their authority.
They do not appeal.
They're like, you're pretty much right.
We exceeded our authority, which is wild.
The Supreme Court pauses basically the Fifth Circuit's ruling saying the Fifth Circuit said you can't do that anymore.
You can't give this drug through telehealth.

So far as I understand the case, we're still in the pause section of that case.
It's going to go back to the lower court.
It's going to go to the Fifth Circuit.
They are going to try to figure out these legal issues about the FDA's authority or not on the substance of them.
Or it could go back up to the Supreme Court to figure it out.
I don't really understand how long that pause is going to be.
The Fifth Circuit is notorious.
So...
in terms of being very, very conservative.

And the credibility of the Supreme Court is so best case scenario precarious that they're trying to keep their hands...
