She seemed to be her normal level of of energy.

Like she was frustrated, but

Like in a way that she's usually frustrated, you know, with the same amount of energy.

Yeah, um in the second quarter of the draw, first up we had Jessica Pagula taking out Iva Jovich, uh two players who

Play a pretty similar game and Jovich.

looked pretty good at the beginning.

She took the first set.

looked like she might get the upset, but Pagula steadied out and by the time the third set rolled around she was pretty dominant.

And I think a lot of this had to do with serving.

I saw both of them talking about their serve and Pagula said you she wasn't serving as well as she wanted to in the first set and then Jovich said that she wasn't serving as well as she wanted to in the second and third.

So yeah, that definitely impacted the matchup a lot.

But I didn't see this because it was pretty early in the morning.

So did you see the match at all?

Yeah, this is only Pagula's second Wimbledon quarter final, uh the first being in twenty twenty three.

And Pagula kinda kinda beat her own curse here because she had won

grass titles the past couple of years and hadn't had good results at Wimbledon.
