Oh, because we don't know everyone in our city.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So we sell we sell directly to the real estate agent and we've learned that going to the broker first.
And that's a lot of suggestions that we get normally from people as well.
You go right directly to the broker.
But real estate agents, they really do their own marketing strategies themselves.
They don't normally include the brokerage in their decisions.
So we go directly to the real estate agent and each one of them have their own strategy.
And like I said, the ones who are community focused and the ones who do build their business on relationship and referral, those are the ones we work with.
And we spend a lot of time qualifying them.
So the initial call is really just asking them how they get their business and
Figuring out if they're a good fit for us, because if they aren't interested in meeting people and if they're not interested in actually going around interviewing businesses and becoming that local community leader, we call them, we know that we don't even want to spend time wasting their time or even wasting our time.
Um, so we have thought of that and being bootstrapped, we have to move fast.
Um, so we've, we've kind of gone around and we've tried it once or twice where we've talked to the, to the brokerage and they take a lot more time than just going directly to the individual sales rep.
