About, we've just launched this new system that's really helping us, you know, give more value to the customers.

And right now, because they sign on for a year, about half of them sign on for the second year as well.

So the cool thing with us is because we're kind of like an apartment building or a condo, as long as the neighborhood or as long as it's filled up with a realtor, our churn is negative.

So right now we've never had a neighborhood that someone dropped off on that another realtor didn't pick it up again.

So last year it was probably about half of them.

So right now it's about 250.

Probably about three, yeah, three or 400.

Something like that.

Probably one and a half years.

We've only been around for two years in full billing cycles.

So I can't really answer that.

And we're constantly just really improving the product to make that churn less and less, of course, like every company.

But we really do listen to our customers and say, what will make you even happier and stay forever?
