We first started by doing straight cold calling.
So we had, I was first initially doing all the cold calls myself.
Then we hired a sales team and those cold callers, they would just sit there all day and call real estate agents, bother them.
And from there they get their few deals in a month and
And recently this month we invested in, we're in 500 startups right now.
So we were taught a lot of online digital marketing tricks.
And one of the things that we're doing is online marketing on Facebook.
And that's been generating us about 30 leads a day so far.
So, so far in the past three weeks, we've spent $5,000 and we've made $55,000.
Oh, that's what we're doing.
Yeah, exactly.
And, um,
We've just started this, so we didn't know it was going to be such an amazing avenue for us at all.
But we've always said, as soon as a realtor who is community-minded sees what we do, they all want it.
Over 80% of the realtors who buy our product buy it on the first call.
So our actual MRR is about 67,000.
Okay.
Because we get it all up front this month, we did about 98,000.
The average revenue per user per month, they're paying around $300, $350 per month.
So it's on average $3,000 to $4,000 a month.
