And I still you know, I had a panic attack this weekend actually for the first time in years and um
Whew and it was awful.
And I I thought, how did I how did I surv I really d honestly, like I don't know how I survived.
it just as a child going through uh you know, I can barely handle it as an adult.
But um so basically when I was writing what I would do
Is I would lie down on my couch.
And I would close my eyes and I would put myself back in my childhood bed.
