on charges including conspiracy to commit computer hacking.

Federal prosecutors say the goal was to discredit climate activists and fight lawsuits against the fossil fuel industry.
Prosecutors told a federal judge the case involves multiple alleged co-conspirators, and that they expect to produce a lot of information from search warrants on email and other electronic accounts.
ExxonMobil and DCI deny having any involvement in hacking.
Forlet has denied ordering or paying for hacking.
