So that's, again, something kind of one-off, but it's in the first few months, and then we just leave people to it.

So from now on, while we're learning and forming our company, we're going to learn how to lower the onboarding costs.
So there won't be services.
You just get templates and you can just onboard yourself.

Well, we don't want to do it going forward, of course.
It's not our specialism, but if the money's there, we're just going to take it.
And more importantly, it helps with product market fit.
Because if someone's willing to pay you for something...
That tells you they're serious.
And even if it's not recurring, you're getting something that other people are not.
You're getting devotion from a customer.
We have five full-time people.
And by the way, I'm the only one in Silicon Valley.
Everyone else is in St.
Louis in the Midwest.
