When we discussed about the cost of it, he said we have very limited budget.

So in the middle of night, somewhere around two, three o'clock in the morning, I receive a call and I picked up the phone and somebody was talking in English.

And she asked me, oh.

I said, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Then I asked her, how can I help her?

I was thinking, how come?

Then I asked her, where are you calling from?
