Amy, I'm sure you wrote about this and you read about this, but I want to flush out from the experience of the practitioner, the Women's Health Initiative, which is where a lot of this craziness came from. So we're all in agreement, estrogen, progesterone, breast cancer risk. I mean, if you have a BRCA gene, okay, you want to talk to your doctor about that. But otherwise, what my reading shows me is not only does it not significantly add to the breast cancer risk, if you add testosterone to the mix, you might actually reduce breast cancer risk in hormone replacement therapy with testosterone.

So, you know, it is time for, I can tell you, you know, working in psychiatry all the years that I did, that generally speaking, any psychiatric syndrome is accounted for on the basis of biology at about 60%. 60% of the syndrome is accounted for on the basis of biology alone.
