We're we're doing a better job of understanding who are our participants on these networks and why are they participating.

But at the same time it's also um catching some of these providers uh in the fray and it's causing a lot of angst um and stress.

And and I think frustration across the board.

I also think you it's

It's causing a lot of confusion from a legal perspective on what happens if something goes bad.

So, or not bad, something goes wrong.

If if if you run into someone who has misused the network, either because of it's a contractual, um, it's a violation of the contract that they committed to when they onboarded to the networks, or if it's something where they're using it outside.

um of of those per s those allowed um

HIPAA, those allowed uses under hippa.

So suddenly you're talking about breach reporting, you're talking about potential um reputational exposure.

I mean, certainly if you've if you read the complaint, um, the the epic Health Girl at complaint, you you have a variety of different call-outs about Health Girl as an organization, but then also, you know, the the

uh co defendants that are their customers, um, all of which is

a lot of information about organizations um that is all pu in pup in the public record.

And then finally,

I I think it it leads to a lot of questions in how do how can we do this better?

What are we doing?

Where are we going forward from this?

um you know you have a certain you have your providers that are worried about the liability risk and exposure they have you have other organizations that are getting caught off from access um to information that are critically important to serving patients um right now you have in tefco you have organizations that are free clinics that cannot access uh data so you're you're we're having to walk a really fine line

Um about what it means to to
