When
Uh my therapist also was explaining to me different the ways my depression was showing up, which was all circumstantial.
I just couldn't see it 'cause I was high functioning.
And that's not to pat myself on the back.
I had no choice but to show up.
I wasn't I but sometimes you think one thing is oh I'm
not in my room with the curtains closed and I can't get out of bed.
So then you don't think it's bad enough.
And then I realized even in something that was actually therapeutic for me, my depression was showing up, like sitting at my coffee table watching birds and doing a puzzle for five hours.
Like that she was
helping explain to me that that was a form of it.
It was it was a one way it was showing up.
