It could be totally unrelated.
Just say, say you see something
somebody being trolled or whatever, and there's a pile on, because that looks like the norm.
So more and more people are doing it.
Change the norm by being nice.
Say, hey, so and so, I really liked that thing you shared last week, and this is how it helped me.
And it's amazing what you'll see is more and more people will start being positive.
That's a way of being brave.
Like be the one to make the first positive comment, to turn things around.
