Not because of any vulnerability, but literally because of the music.
Like making music, writing lyrics.
Like, was that harder?
And let me backtrack and say some of those songs are older.
Because I'm kind of always making a little bit of music, but...
When I first called Mac, Mac and Allie, and said, hey, I've written some lyrics.
Writing music is really hard with short-term memory loss.
Because, you know, I would like be working on something and hit record on my phone.
And then 40 minutes later go, well, who wants to dig through that and try to find...
You know, but that limitation for me just created another way forward.
I reached out to Tom Douglas.
I've never written a song with Tom.
And I said, hey, I've got a lyric.
Any chance you want to put some music to it?
No sacred cows change anything you want.
And he texted back.
I'll let you know in five minutes.
And then I was like, this is like the gong show.
