And so when a traveler is thinking that something may be helpful when they visit a community, but it isn't, is there things that really jump out to you that some of us assume?

Yeah, definitely.

And so when we talk about this idea of travel with purpose, which obviously does get used quite a bit, and it is a tagline for Trek relief, but how do you actually truly define it in a way that changes behavior?

And I was just, I didn't even think about that concept of it.

Like, yes, the communities are asking for help and,

you're kind of the liaison talking to the communities, but gosh, like they have to be organized themselves.

And so I think that going in as a collective and really making sure that you're going as a group and again, not making it very random or very just self-supportive.

So when someone does join one of your trips, what do you really hope that they feel or walk away with that

Maybe they didn't expect because I think sometimes we do these volunteer opportunities and we're expecting, obviously, to help the community.

But what are some of the sub benefits that some of us aren't aware of?

Right, right.

And I think, you know, you kind of started to talk to us a little bit.

So I want to go down this path a little bit of, you know, what are some ethical red flags that travelers can really watch for when choosing their impact or their volunteer experience?

Is there anything that you're looking for when you're bringing volunteers and really organizing trips?

It is.

It's a really interesting like it can become a power imbalance between the travelers and the local communities if it's not executed on a I'm going to say like a.

circular way, right?

Like you're just kind of talking about, all right, where is that balance?

And so that feels like a really heavy lift for Trek Relief.
