Well, it was rocky for a long time.

I was not very stable.

And I had a lot of help from my parents, thank God at that point created a relationship back with them.

And it's just a journey.

You don't really ever arrive, I don't feel like.

Right.

And I think the big thing for me through all of it has been looking at things because it's like, if you really look back at your life and you think about the things that you didn't want to happen, there's something around it that you can be grateful or you can reframe it, you know?

So for instance, my assault, I'm grateful that I'm a non-drinker.

I'm grateful for the compassion that it gives me for other people that have been through it.

So there's always something.

And to take a look around life that like life is happening for you, not to you.

I just recently had a massive crazy one.

My husband of 20 years decided that he's done and just left.

And it turns out to be the best thing that's ever happened.

So happy.

I'm so happy.
