Saturday, last week, it seems so much longer ago, but it was just last Saturday that they were in Nashville to take on the Predators.

Montreal winning that one 4-1.

No time to celebrate that victory for very long, however, because they turned around and traveled right away to Carolina the next night to take on the Hurricanes.

But despite playing one of the best teams in the league right now on a back-to-back, on a travel back-to-back, Montreal still able to come out on top 3-1.

So Tuesday night, the good vibes continued as the Canadians continued their road trip down further south to Tampa Bay, taking on the Lightning.

And again, this was an important game for the conference, and they won it 4-1.

We'll set up, we'll talk later about what's coming up this week, but Tampa Bay and Montreal will be visiting each other again this week, so I imagine some of that might carry over.

Finally, they wrapped up their this portion of the road trip.

They still have one more game on the road tonight.

But this portion of the road trip, they wrapped up with a visit to Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Rangers.

This is one that was a lot closer than it needed to be.

But Montreal did still manage to eke out the win of three to two.
