So what are the other things that this team needs that you can see right now?

So in terms of, you know, the things that are good, the things that still have some concerns, the things that they need, the guys who are impressing, situations that they have to rectify, where does Kent Hughes feel they are at in terms of the progress that they've made in the midst of this rebuild that they're in?
