So then it went to Friday night, an odd Friday night game.
But this one started at 9 p.m.
Eastern.
So I at least stuck around for the first period of this one.
And immediately just, I think I said in our Slack group, I should just start putting money
on the fact that Sam Montembeau is going to give up the first goal that he sees.
And who else but Sam Montembeau could give up the first goal twice in one game after a challenge saved him the first time?
And both within the first minute of the game.
Ridiculous.
Yeah.

The floater of the first one that got called back.
Just a floater from Truba from the blue line.
20 seconds in.
And Montembeau whiffed.
And by the width of a fingernail, the play was called offside.
And he got a reprieve.
