And we had little like check-in quizzes.
And I would ask you know, I read the book, of course, myself and have read it a couple times.
And I'm like, so what'd you think about this section?
And what tell me what you learned about here?
And so we do these little pop quiz things just for me to see.
And at the end of the day, there is no kid that will actually end up fully resisting learning about sex.
Sexuality because when they know that it's a thing and they're hearing about it and their peers are talking about it and they feel stupid, they're gonna go find the information.
You don't want them looking online.
Right.
So making sure you have books.
So that's one of the things I did.

The other thing is that Carrie and I, my husband and I talk really openly about all kinds of things in front of him.
So sometimes it's a rudimentary conversation, like, hey, you know, um, I was just thinking
About uh, I just read about this woman who used in vitro fertilization to get pregnant.
Isn't it so interesting?
Like she couldn't get pregnant from having penis and vagina sex.
And so sometimes we'd even I would even say things like, you know, when the sperm goes and gets the egg and the you know, that whole thing.
