So first of all, thanks for having me because I've been listening to your podcast from the very beginning.

So big fan.

So I'm a buyer's advocate.

So for anyone who doesn't know what a buyer's advocate is, I'll explain that in a moment.

Don't worry.

But I've been in the property industry for about eight years now.

Before property, I studied economics.

So I worked in economics with state governments.

which is completely opposite comedy, totally opposite pace.

And I worked for state government because I thought I've done this degree, I've got to put it to good use, even though I was never really interested in or passionate about economics.

So I worked at state government for a little while, realised that was not for me.

And then I started a small business.

Do you remember those people who used to knock on your door and install the energy efficient products in Victoria?

Like the light bulbs and the power boards.
