Their brief was quite specific, but definitely achievable because they had the budget for it.

We saw many, many properties.

I got them a lot of off markets.

We had a lot of close ones.

And then we ended up finding the perfect property off market.

It was great.

We put an offer in.

And then the Vindor circumstances changed.

They were moving to Queensland.

The property they were interested in buying got flooded.

So they had to change their plans completely and actually put everything on pause for a couple of months.

And we couldn't find anything else we liked as much.

So we were quite despondent about that.

And at that point in time, there was another buyer really interested as well.

And what ended up happening is we did have the patience.

We did wait for that.
