And then it was like, OK, well, you can make a choice like you can avoid all of that or you can try and change the narrative, you know, and let people know what you're doing, you know, maybe let people know that you're selling this vehicle.

So anyway, that all happened and they got their investment property and it's all good.

So I was with a young girl yesterday and she's working towards buying her first property.
And she is weighing out whether she buys like a one bedroom for herself to live in or like a two bedroom that she could get a flatmate.
And so we're going through the numbers, looking at the difference between the two.
And I said, do you have a preference?
Like, what would you prefer?
And she said, well, I kind of prefer to live by myself, but, you know, two bedrooms will hold their value better.
And I was like, oh, okay.
And I was like, how do you, like, I said, I don't know whether two bedrooms do hold their value better, but where do you get this from?
She said, oh, that's just what everyone says.
And I said, who's everyone?
And she said, well, just all my family.
