You can't get anything done in three months.
Absolutely.
I think that the true average in a model like this is more like seven months.
So if I'm dealing with a business that can't hold their attention on something to test it longer than two or three months, then they are not the right business.
I need somebody that's going to say, I've got a year to figure this out.
Now, I'm not going to make them wait a whole year to figure it out.
I'm going to make them test everything that makes sense for their model in that amount of time and see what difference we can make in that amount of time.
But I'm not going to approach this and say, well, since the average is right around three months and my membership is only eight months old or less, then I'm going to give you a product at that level.
There's no way I would do that.
There's no way.
Yeah, no, no, no, no.
Well, 2015 was a big speaking year for me.
I just basically said I would get on any stage of somebody that asked me because it's something that I need a lot of practice in, but it's also something I'm just inherently good at.
I can talk.
I learned how to talk to a camera.
It gave me the ability to talk on a stage, but I am getting paid to speak.
And in 2015, there is one, maybe two conferences that I already have in my mind that I'm like, I would go there no matter what happened.
Everyone else is paying to play.
5K.
Uh, who has paid so far?
