And then I think what I was reflecting on when I was listening to you is that that is in a lot of ways showing up to be a kind human being.

And I don't want to boil it down to its most simple parts because I think that the details and the instructions are important because these are things these are skills that we need to acquire as professionals.

Um, and if you are listening and you feel that you don't have the skills or you appro you find an in your self-reflection that you're approaching a collaborative interaction with big feelings of the negative variety, you can rely on kindness and approaching a situation.
