So there's definitely some middle ground.

And um the the culture is built around consensus.

Whenever we are standing on on different sides and don't see each other uh eye to eye, then we can reach an agreement and we we have to find that middle ground actually.

So we have to stay in the room until f we figure out the solution.

And we if we don't figure it out then we will have another meeting.

We we will we will meet one another and

Well we'll try to to to come up with a solution.

And that's that's really, really interesting because there was

foring to me, but

It was something that I definitely appreciate very, very much.

Um, so I I I lacked that for for the biggest part of my life.

I I definitely lacked that.

So I I appreciate this.

Kind of a discussion.

And openness.

Because I think one of the distinct features of this culture is that this culture is very open.

And uh that is that is a gift uh to to everyone who's living in the Netherlands because um like in The Hague for instance, ten percent of the population are expats, migrants coming from all over the world.

And uh still they they somehow fall in love with the culture and and follow the rules and uh everyone leaves peacefully.

Yeah, true.

I think one of the biggest problems in communication is labels.
