So what happened after the beer?
So, yeah, lots of negotiations and I thought at that point that, oh no, this is just going to be a quick one.
But we were obviously focusing a lot on the accelerator as well because we had demo day coming.
So we were talking with investors and we had a lot of good investor conversations.
Eventually we decided that the
best chance for ourselves for a good outcome in the end would be to join forces with Alpine Works instead of raising the capital and running our own.
It was about three and a half months of negotiations back and forth.
Um, but we negotiated price and, you know, the future of what, how it would happen and, and, and all those things.
Uh, yeah, sure.
I don't remember that right now.
Actually, no.
It's been a lot of water under the bridge since then.
I don't remember.
It was early 2018 that we sold.
