It's not good winning him.

He increased his level even without playing to a level where

I think you are already ready to start.

He started most of the games past season.

He was top level and it's one of those situations where you feel, OK, he's deserved everything he's getting now and I'm sure he will continue at the highest level.

And I think in our squad right now, we need a lot of those situations and I hope they can push the ones that probably will start playing more.

It's been a pleasure for me, honestly.

Even when I didn't start well, even in Bournemouth, the first games, it cost us to win.

Everyone was so supportive, they were liking what we were trying to do, the style of football.

And that helps you at the end, you need results.

And I've been lucky to have them.

there has to be an idea behind, there has to be something that people should be like waiting to see their team play and willing to see them perform and thinking that

we can win everything, we can win every game, every opposition, even if it doesn't happen at the end.

We should give them the confidence to trust us, but this takes time.

It has gone very well, three years in Rayo Baikano, three years in Bournemouth where we've enjoyed, but this is, as you say, a different challenge.

But I hope I can do it as well.
