It's like the part of the iceberg that's underwater.
That's a continual process, right?
And living in one of the most individualistic times and cultures where people are often celebrated and rewarded for kind of being the person who did it all on themselves.
You know, the self-made person is such a bullshit proposition.
There's no self-made anyone.
We are really successful to the degree we're invested in uplifting others and not just making it all about us.
And we can receive so much.
We do receive so much in that giving.
Yeah.
there are many practices that we can have and like, you know, things we can be devoted to that support the deepening of our experience of our true nature.
And I found, and I've heard you speak to the really bedtime and, and like the time before sleep, our mornings and our nights are some of the, if not the most important times to guard because we're in a hypnagogic state, right?
So if somebody wants to, um,
really take responsibility for their life.
They want to cultivate vitality.
They want to know their true nature.
What would be an example of a bedtime routine or something like at nighttime that can really help us guard that space?
That's so very important.
When you go to sleep at night, first of all, there's a level of forgiveness of the day, petty annoyances.
You don't want to go to sleep with any of that.
