I can be less
And it's just like a more free way to live life that I think we all crave because that I feel like is also our inner, like that's our truest state.
Now, you gave the example a couple times of like habit formation and habit change.
And anytime somebody does want to go through that state of transformation from a certain level of behavior that is corresponding to a life, right, and the energetic components of that,
Rewriting these stories, and like in your case, you said shadow work, many people that have different ways to get insight into how we can start to crack at the foundations of who we have been and who we essentially perceive ourself to be.
One great example, which I feel like connects to your monk story earlier about abundance is in the Bhagavad Gita, they say that
detachment is not in having nothing.
It's in nothing having you.
So you can have things as long as the things don't have you.
You can have possessions as long as you're not possessed by the possessions.
And so I think when sometimes people hear spiritual folks like building a business, making more money,
One, it can trigger a lot of insecurities personally and your own beliefs that they might have around what it means to make money as somebody who's helping people, right?
Which is revealing in its own sense for that person.
But it's also just an insight into how you can have...
You can have a life of prosperity and abundance and meaningful relationships.
And the main thing that's stopping you from doing so is that set point that we were speaking to earlier of what we're expecting from life as just like the status quo.
Like I expect to make a certain amount of money.
I expect to be a certain level of health and vitality.
And so, yeah, I think this is all really supportive for people.
And I love how concise you make it in your short reels.
