When I watched it, I didn't think about the phone being flat like that, that he was on the phone with somebody.

And then we get into the technology of it all.

And we hear this over and over and over again.

These police departments, families trying to get messages, information from social media platforms like Snapchat, and they get shut down again and again and again.
